Workshop: Fairy Gardens
Following the Perennial Gardening Seminar, Master Gardener Dianne Bowker will hold a workshop to introduce participants to the art of building a Fairy Garden.  This workshop will also be held on Saturday, September 23, beginning at 1:30 p.m. and concluding around 3:30 p.m.
Bring your own container ( maximum size 12” wide x 12” long x 4” deep, minimum 6” x 6” x 3” ) or use one of ours.  Dianne will help you start your own Fairy Garden, with plants, found materials, and items constructed from various bits of garden remnants, such as seeds, cones, sticks, and dried flowers.
The fee for this workshop is $25 per person, discounted to $15 per person for Museum Members, to cover the cost of materials.  Registration will be limited to 16 people, and participants must be at least 10 years old.  Contact the museum to register, payment will be due at the time of registration.  The deadline to register is Wednesday, September 20.
