Join Adrian Crabb, Talent & Education Specialist for MadREP (Madison Region Economic Partnership), and learn about the exciting ways your company can build connections with the upcoming generation and future workforce. Adrian will present Inspire Madison Region and show how employers can connect with and strengthen their future talent pipeline in Fort Atkinson, Jefferson County and beyond.
Covering a total of 11 counties, Inspire is a software supplement to the web-based program Career Cruising, which the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction has made available to all public-school districts in Wisconsin. Career Cruising allows students to learn valuable information about specific occupations and how they may or may not be a good fit based on a student’s interests and abilities. The Inspire Madison Region add-on takes the program one step further, making it possible for employers to connect with those students directly (their future workforce) via the interactive platform. Businesses of all sizes and from all industries are encouraged to participate, as it’s free and easy to join.
Adrian Crabb is a Talent & Education Specialist for MadREP and co-manages the Inspire Madison Region initiative. Prior to his work with MadREP, Adrian worked with communities around the United States helping them build better connections between business and education through technology. He also currently runs a computer recycling, repair and IT support business.
