Event Description:
Give Kids A Smile Day provides dental services to underserved children between the ages of 5 and 13, and coincides with National Children's Dental Health Month. The exam includes x-rays, cleaning, flouride treatment and any necessary dental work that can be completed in one visit. Children are also given education on dental hygiene and a bag of supplies to take home. Parents can schedule an appointment by calling 920-563-4414, and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
