The secret is out. The longest established Guernsey farm in North America is now making cheese from its bovine beauties. Hoard’s Dairyman launched a new brand called Hoard’s Dairyman Farm Creamery and our first cheese is Belaire, an American-style Port Salut that’s mild, classic and instantly meltable. Already a hit amongst the cheesemonger community, you can give it a taste at Jones Market on November 17. We will be serving samples of the cheese – as well as mini signature sandwiches made with farm fresh bacon from Jones Dairy Farm. Stop down for a tasty treat and to pick up your first wedge of our soon-to-be-famous Belaire.
