On Saturday, May 21 at 2 p.m., Marlene J., Museum Gardener, will present Gardening Tips for Bees and Other Pollinators.
Pollinators, such as bees, are a very important part of our environment and agriculture systems. Many fruits, vegetables, crops and flowers require pollination to succeed. Many of these pollinators are being challenged and threatened by poor practices, poor nutrition, and weakened immune systems. This presentation will give you some tips and do-it-yourself projects you can do to attract and support pollinators in your garden – large or small.
