Yoga with cats, or cat yoga, has become a popular fitness trend throughout the United States. Participants at the HSJC’s ‘Yoga With Cats’ session will enjoy all the benefits of a typical yoga class, with several shelter cats in attendance modeling flexibility and fluidity of movement. Of course, cats have minds of their own, so one of the feline yogis may just curl up on your mat for a quick nap! Of course, all of the feline participants are available for adoption. Yoga enthusiasts and animal lovers are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and join in for this fun and furry hour of health and wellness. There is no fee to attend but monetary donations are greatly appreciated.
