Join us for 8 classes of restorative, slow-flow Yoga, with Hannah Brock. Hannah has a background in dance and interpretive movement and has recently completed her Yoga certification. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, to find your spot. Bring a mat, or use one of ours. We also have blocks and bands. Wear comfortable clothing that has some stretch. We will be in the Lodge Room for most classes unless class size or other events require moving to another part of the building. Bring a friend to try it out, for a walk-in fee of $15 per class.
