Looking for a fast paced and fun career in the culinary field? The North Shore Chophouse in Fort Atkinson is looking for a professional and experianced sous chef! The sous chef works directly with our Executive Chef who's 20+ years experiance will offer the oppertunity for valuable on the job training and growth in the culinary field. There are many responsibilities and duties that the sous chef must perform including but not limited to, preparation of featured dishes, working with wait staff for prompt and accurate food delivery to guests, guiding and supervising the activities of kitchen staff, assisting in maintaining quality of food and preparation at all times, proper plating of food etc. The candidate would also be a contributing member of the culinary team by providing ideas or suggestions in creating dishes, dish execution, daily functions, etc. as may be necessary.

The North Shore Chophouse is open to our customers every Wednesday - Saturday afternoon begining at 3:30 pm. Kitchen closes at 9:00 pm on Wednesday and Thursdays, 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturdays.
